$138 a night for studios - $760/week, room A & B (US, double occupancy)
$198 a night for the Barclay Home - $1070 per week/$3660 per month (US, double occupancy)

We accept VISA/MC/AMEX/personal check/traveler’s checks

2 night minimum stay

On-street Parking is available. We offer parking permits to negate any neighborhood parking restrictions, if you need one because you are traveling with a car please let us know when making the reservation.

Housekeeping every 4th day for both the suites and home.

During your stay with us, you are invited next door to Nowak Glass Studio and Coffee Animals. If the artist is working, you are invited to meet him and watch him create glass. You can view more of Mr. Nowak's work
at www.james-nowak.com. There is a wonderful coffee shop in the building as well that along with some of Seattle's best java offers fabulous homemade pastries and sandwiches.
