From it's boxy
1906 beginnings as a single family home, this building saw many
years as a triplex rental. In 2001, artist James Nowak purchased
it in conjunction with moving his studio next door on 12th Ave..
The award winning 2003 remodel,
by the architectural firm of Adams, Mohler, & Ghillino; consists
of two ground floor rental units with a spectacular, three-level,
loft home above.
